I get a regular massage because it helps
reduce the anxiety and tension that builds up during the week.
Plus it is one time I get to pamper myself without doing the work.
Plus it is one hour of total and ultimate relaxation.
Everything about LNT is very relaxing, calming
and soothing, from the sound of her voice to the touch of her
hands. I haven't gone to other massage businesses but I will say
this, one massage and you're hooked! |

Linda has an amazing ability to find the areas
that are bothering you and make them better. I have been in
her care for 4 years now.
She was a wonderful help with both my pregnancies
(pregnancy massage) and as a Doula with the delivery of my second
child. As a Doula, Linda was able to keep me relaxed mentally
and physically through my labor and delivery.
I could not imagine going through his birth
without her. My son's birth was an intimate moment shared with
my husband and a dear friend rather than a medical procedure.

A regular regimen at LNT Bodywork Basics
has helped to begin alleviate the extreme stress and aching in
my upper shoulders and neck. Linda has exactly targeted the areas
and knows exactly how to work on the area for the maximum response.

As a massage therapist, Linda has hands that
are both strong and sensitive. Her intuitive approach to massage
therapy allows the flexibility to adjust the treatment to meet
particular problems which always seem to be a moving target
with me from one session to the next. I look forward to my hour
"on the table" as my temporary oasis.
As a doula, Linda provided comfort and stress
relief for my wife (and me) during the critical weeks leading
up to, and during the birth of our beautiful son this past August.
The day of birth was of course a day I will never forget, complete
with unexpected drama, during which I was awed by my wife's
strength, and comforted by Linda's calm and knowing reassurance.
Need I say more?

I can't imagine childbirth without Linda! My
husband and I were so grateful to have Linda as our doula. She
was a tremendous support during my pregnancy, labor and delivery,
and she did a super job keeping me comfortable during labor
and delivery so I could stay focused and be as relaxed as possible.
Her encouragement helped me stick with the
decisions my husband and I made in our birthing plan to have
a natural birth. And, the massages Linda gave made me feel like
I was in heaven!

A regular massage might seem like a luxury
to some people until you have had one...your entire body and
mind relax, your blood pressure evens out...the job goes away
and my mind is on vacation.
LNT is the best .......First of all, Linda
is nationally certified...plus she is trained in several different
types of Massage so you can have a choice...but most important
to me is the fact that Linda really cares about the person...anyone
can give a half way decent massage but when you experience Linda's
Massage , you have had the best...in this day and age of fast
paced living take time to treat your self....come and see what
it is like...

For me, it seems like a massage every 2 weeks
is just right for my poor old tight muscles! Those times when
I've gone longer than 2 weeks, my body tells me that it is too
long! The wonderful release of tension and being able to just
block everything else from my mind for an hour is so very therapeutic
for me.
I go to LNT because of the relaxing atmosphere
and the skill and professionalism of LNT. I feel totally comfortable
with Linda. I know that without this trust, the massage would
be of no value to me. Oh, and she's also REAL good at what she
does!!!!
